COMPOSITION:
DiphtheriaToxoid not less than 30 IU
AcellularPertussis not less than 4.0 IU
TetanusToxoid not less than 40 IU
INDICATION: Preventionof Diphtheria Tetanus and Pertussis in children
DOSAGE:Primary Immunization 3 inj. of 0.5ML with 4-6 wk. intervals started at3 mos. & completed at 12 mos. Booster Dose of0.5ML given at 18-24 mos.
CONTRAINDICATION: History of epilepsy. Nervous system diseases or convulsion.Postpone immunization in patients with acute infectious disease or fever.
PRECAUTION: If abnormal conditions such as fever or convulsion occurafter the first injection the second injection should not be given.
SIDEEFFECTS: Slight redness or itch at injection site. Lowfever occur.
