Working Process of Onion Ring Cutting Machine

Just put onions into the feeder and turn on the switch, then through a rotating movement, the onions are shaped in slices. Notes for Onion Slicer Machine

1. Onion cutter machine can be connected to the related processing step like peeling, frying, or packing in a whole processing line.
2. The cutting blade is the main part of the machine. It should be check frequently to avoid dirt sticking.
3. If the final onion slices are without smooth surface, the cutter blade may become blunt and it should be polished or replaced.
4. For slicing the viscid food like garlic, water should be added in the feeder to ensure final products are smoothly ejected from the machine.
